Study Rooms
The Library offers 4 study rooms for individuals or small groups of 6 or fewer on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ask at the Circulation Desk for more details.
Meeting Rooms
The Library also has 2 meeting rooms available for larger groups (7+ people) and organizations. The two rooms, A and B, can also be combined into one larger room, AB. For details on meeting room capacity and fees, please review the Public Meeting Rooms Policy.
To reserve a meeting room for a group of 7 or more people, simply click on the link below, or contact the Meeting Room Coordinator at 574.267.6011 x 2442.
When reserving online, you can choose to reserve a room by date or by room. You will then be directed to an online form to fill out. Please make sure to fill out all information that has a red asterisk. You will receive a confirmation email once your room reservation has been approved, as well as a reminder email the day before your reservation.
Please note: Meeting rooms will NOT be available during the months of June & July due to the WCPL Summer Reading Program.
