At WCPL, we make managing your documents both convenient and affordable. Whether you need to print, scan, fax, or copy, our range of services ensures you have everything you need to get the job done efficiently.
WCPL offer several easy ways to print:
Printing via email
Email your documents to the Reference Desk at refdesk@warsawlibrary.org
Wireless Printing with Princh
Enjoy the flexibility of wireless printing with Princh! Send your documents to our mobile print system from the web or Princh mobile app and pick them up at the Reference Desk on the second floor of the library. Please use printer-ID 110967 after clicking on the image below.
Computer printing
Print directly from our internet and word processing computers.
Printing Fees:
Computer Printers
B&W: $0.10 per page
Color: $0.25 per page
Poster Printer
B&W: $0.50 per foot
Color: $1.00 per foot (rounded up to the nearest foot)
Microfilm/Fiche Printer
$0.10 per page
Scan
Scanning is free at WCPL! Bring your documents to the Reference Desk upstairs, and we’ll scan them as PDF or JPEG and email them directly to you. Self-serve scanning to a USB drive is also available. Please note: some scanning restrictions and/or limits may apply.
Fax
Our faxing service is located at the Circulation Desk on the lower level.
Faxing Fees:
Outgoing Fax: $0.50 per page
Incoming Fax: $0.10 per page
Note: Fax service ends 30 minutes prior to closing.
Copy
The photocopier is available near the Reference Desk on the upper level. Please note that the machine accepts cash only.
Copying Fees:
B&W copies: $0.10 per page
Color copies: $0.25 per page
If you need assistance or don’t have cash, the Reference Team will be happy to help. Just stop by the Reference Desk.
Laminate
Protect and preserve your documents with our laminating service.
Available sizes range from card size to 11″ x 17″
Laminating Fee:
$1.00 per lamination
