First-time students should allow extra time for paperwork and information to be exchanged between WCPL and their universities. Most universities have to approve students’ proctors before the first exam is scheduled.

Please schedule exams as early as possible. Hours are available as staff schedules permit and slots may fill up quickly.

No same-day proctoring is available.

Monday – Tuesday:  10 am – 8 pm
Wednesday – Friday:  10 am – 6 pm
Saturday:  10 am – 2 pm
Sunday: Closed

At this time, no Saturday hours are available. Saturday and evening hours are limited at this time, but there is a possibility that arrangements can be made for proctoring during this time, with enough advanced notice.
